Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Please review all information to ensure everything is correct.

Individual Sessions & Parent-Child Classes 

We currently offer 1-on-1 individual training sessions and parent-child classes tailored to children, teens, and adults

Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please ensure it is booked into another available slot within the same month. To maintain the integrity of our training sessions, all changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a make-up session, and no make-up sessions can be carried over to the next month.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior rescheduling or cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Training Agreement

If you wish to change or end your Training Agreement, one calendar month’s paid notice is required.
