1. Membership and Payments
    1.1 Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis. Members are required to provide a written notice of one (1) month to cancel their membership.
    1.2 Payment for classes must be made in advance by the 1st of each month. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of membership.
    1.3 Joining fees are non-refundable.

  2. Age Groups and Eligibility
    2.1 Punch Perfect is open to children (5-12 years), teens (13-17 years), and adults (18+ years).
    2.2 Classes may be structured according to age groups and skill levels to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

  3. Dress Code
    3.1 Members are required to wear comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate footwear (e.g., trainers or sneakers).
    3.2 Safety equipment, such as hand wraps and gloves, must be worn during training sessions.
    3.3 Members are encouraged to bring a sweat towel to maintain hygiene.

  4. Waiver of Liability
    4.1 By enrolling in Punch Perfect, members (or parents/guardians for minors) agree to release Punch Perfect and its instructors from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during training sessions.
    4.2 Boxing is a physical activity, and while every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation is at the member's own risk.

  5. Health and Safety
    5.1 Members must ensure they are medically fit to participate in boxing classes. A medical clearance or health declaration may be requested if deemed necessary.
    5.2 Members who are ill, have contagious conditions (e.g., flu, lice, or other illnesses), or exhibit symptoms of sickness should not attend classes until they are fully recovered.

  6. Use of Equipment and Facilities
    6.1 All equipment provided by Punch Perfect must be treated with care and used under the supervision of an instructor.
    6.2 Members are responsible for bringing their own water bottles to class.
    6.3 Parking is only permitted in designated spaces.
    6.4 There are no dedicated changing rooms or water fountains on the premises. Members are expected to arrive dressed and ready for class.
    6.5 A bathroom is available inside the house for emergency use. Parents/guardians must agree to their child using this facility if needed.

  7. Privacy Policy
    7.1 Personal information collected during registration will be stored securely and used solely for communication and administrative purposes.
    7.2 Punch Perfect will not share members' information with third parties without prior consent.
    7.3 Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events and shared on Punch Perfect’s social media platforms or website for marketing purposes. By enrolling, members (or parents/guardians for minors) consent to this use.

  8. Behaviour and Conduct
    8.1 Members are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow members, and equipment at all times.
    8.2 Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without a refund.

  9. Attendance and Parent/Guardian Participation
    9.1 Parents/guardians of children under 13 are not permitted to attend classes unless specified by the instructor. This is to ensure that children remain focused on their training.
    9.2 Parents/guardians must ensure their child is collected promptly after each class. Punch Perfect is not responsible for supervising children outside of scheduled class times.
    9.3 Adults are responsible for attending their sessions on time and adhering to the scheduled training hours.

  10. Cancellation and Refunds
    10.1 A one-month written notice is required for membership cancellation.
    10.2 Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or early termination of membership.

  11. General Policies
    11.1 Punch Perfect reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
    11.2 Members or parents/guardians are welcome to contact Punch Perfect with any questions or concerns regarding participation.
